Inn AmongThe Oaks B & B, Grand Marais, Manitoba, Canada, a short drive from Winnipeg, our bed and breakfast is located in Lake Winnipeg cottage country near Grand Beach Provincial Park. We are part of the Red River North Tourism Association and the La Verendrye Trail Association.

Our rustic 2-storey home, built with cedar and locally-milled pine is hidden away "inn" among oak trees and saskatoon bushes, giving a secluded, quiet atmosphere. There are decks to sit and relax on, an outdoor above-ground swimming pool, and an indoor hot tub.

Our smoke-free bedrooms are spacious and comfortably appointed, with patio doors opening onto balconies and decks. There is a separate entrance for guests' privacy. The shared full bathroom is large and cheery.

 

Your hosts, Ken and Luise Avery, welcome you. "Our family is well travelled and we love meeting people from everywhere. German and some French is spoken. We take great pleasure in providing a relaxing, comfortable sojurn."

A tasty full cooked breakast is served in our dining room where many windows afford a view of the outdoors. Home-baked bread, and in season, muffins with local saskatoons or blueberries, are some of the treats offered. Barbeques and an equipped outdoor kitchen are available for guest use.
