What would be the positive or negative outcomes of having a commercial marina in the Grand Marais and Grand Beach area?

I just purchased a cabin in Grand Marais - I'm curious to know where (if any) is the proposed site for a marina?

The only idea for a location that I have heard is on the lagoon behind the beer vendor.

There is talks underway but I'm not sure as to what has been discussed.

In my opinion, I think that would be a great place for a marina but a feasibility study is needed to see if it is possible.

I would be interested to hear more from other people on their opinions on where this can go.

I also just purchased a cabin, I think a marina would give me a reason to buy a boat.
